Shih-Hao Chang received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computing and Mathematical Sciences in 2000 and 2009, respectively, from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D. degree, he worked in industry for more than eight years as a system and project manager, and he also has over eight years of academic experience in universities. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. In addition, he currently serves in the fields of Information Engineering and as the Chief Officer of the Health Services Division.
